USITC decides maintain AD & CVD duties on line pipe imports from China

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) said that revoking the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on Chinese imported circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe (CWLP) might lead to a continuation or recurrence of subsidies at rate from 32.65% to 40.05%, as well as a dumping margin up to 101.1%, both of which will continue injuring the US market, according to the final determination of the sunset review issued in August.
