Investing CZK 296 million, ArcelorMittal Ostrava revamps three electrostatic precipitators, the first stage of flue gas dedusting in the sinter plant. Through the revamp, the steelworks will halve the power consumption of the filters in the northern part of the sinter plant, thus saving non-renewable resources. Companies involved in the modernization are ZVVZ – Enven Engineering and ZK Termochem.
