Steel Dynamics Inc.  announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Companhia Siderurgica Nacional, LLC (“Heartland”) from CSN Steel, S.L.U., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Companhia Siderurgica Nacional.
