South Korea plans to impose trade sanctions on US due to AD dispute on OCTG

After South Korea objected to the anti-dumping (AD) duty on oil country tubular goods (OCTG), the US agreed in February 2018 to comply with the recommendations and rulings of Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) within 12 months, and the deadline was extended from January 12th, 2019 to July 12th, 2019. However, the US has not implemented relevant recommendations and rulings.
