Iran plans to impose tariffs on iron ore exports

According to Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation (IMIDRO), the Iranian government planned to impose a 25% tariff on iron ore exports from October 1st. The policy of tariffs was mainly to avoid exporting raw ores, create more additional value, and meet the requirements from domestic steel industries.
