The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued a preliminary ruling imposing preliminary anti-dumping (AD) duties of 4%-28% on rebar dumped into the Canadian market from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.
